  If the bill passes, there are two possible outcomes. 1) they cut Mcaid, Mcare & SS to pay for the $2.2T it adds to the deficit & elderly, sick, poor or disabled citizen suffers OR 2) America finally rises up to prevent the cuts & our deficit balloons.
