@janschakowsky yes, the companies are "for profit", but they are limited by the govt how much profit. 85% of premiums must go towards claims

@janschakowsky most if not all the other 15% go into paying employees, overhead, etc.

@janschakowsky if health insurance companies end up not paying 85% of their premiums towards claims, the money must be returned to p-holders

@janschakowsky but Jan is not going to tell you that because she is a propagandist
