Vaping pens have been around for years. The health issue is the vaping cartridges that are tainted with chemicals that cause severe lung damage and death. Regulate the cartridges.

The kids who got harmed by “vaping”, used E-vitamin oil with THC. Not vaping juice, which turns to a fine mist, fog carrying trace amounts of taste of blueberries, peach ore the like, and nicotine if user chooses. (10years) All serious investigation has shown no effect on health.
