    2/2 Magma accumulation in Reykjanes Peninsula. There is no imminent threat but the Icelandi MET Office is on alert. As always when traveling in Iceland, read every day and have you phones turned on.

    In terms of monitoring, Taal is the best monitored volcano in the country. Taal Volcano Observatory has the proper equipment and dense monitoring networks around the caldera. Trained & experienced volcanologists are monitoring it 24/7.
