I didn’t write this but it captures some of the frustration of being the new kid on the team. I love educating others, and I live to enthuse about what I do, but there’s a limit. Workloads aren’t what burn us out, it’s the vortex of being unseen and undervalued.
Thank you for writing this. As the only content designer at my company, I have been struggling with exactly these things. It’s good to know I’m not alone in this feeling.
