Heads are not obtuse idiots who need persuasion. We are professional leaders working on logistics way outside our usual workflow and we have a legal duty of care to children and staff. No story here. Move on.

How can a school spend all day creating social bubbles and then allow all kids from all year groups to mix in after school care? Makes no sense. The policy is a stupid one. I'm doing longer hours to provide before and after school care for kids in my year group.

But like I said in a thread yesterday - is this for the kids? Or for the economy? If it's the latter then these RW hacks and politicians should be honest. They don't give a monkeys about the kids education, they want the childcare available.
