Great stuff from and today. Shocking that we should need new legislation to make this happen. It's long overdue.

Once arrived at an event and they barred my way & were nasty with it. 'D'you have a ticket?' 'No, I don't. I'm-' 'Then you'll have to leave. It's sold out. You can't come in.' 'If I leave then so does everyone else as they've all paid to hear me speak.' Red faces all round. 🙃

This is what putting country before party looks like. Good for Mitt Romney.

WE support opposing Downing St's decision ordering senior journalists to leave before the briefing for 's Brexit plans. Government decisions must be accessible in a democratic society. Her shoulder is irrelevant.

Multi-millionaire former Brexit Party candidate telling the homeless to sleep in wheely bins. I've got a radical idea myself. How about the government provides rough sleepers with social housing instead?

Anyone know what happened to the 40 free trade deals the government promised to sign the 'second after' we left the EU?

Thrilled to see my home county advertising SIX full time, JNC professional Youth Worker jobs. I’m seeing more of these feeding though and it makes me feel very happy. Young people deserve good youth work that is well resourced, supported and valued. More please!

The Home Office should not be chartering deportation flights to Jamaica and other parts of the Caribbean before the much-delayed Windrush Lessons Learned Review has been published. How can the Home Secretary be sure she is not making the same mistakes?

If this continues, Boris Johnson won't just be responsible for tearing the UK out of the EU, but breaking up the UK itself. He'll go down as the most destructive peacetime Prime Minister in British history.

Dear Before the general election you said austerity was over and it was time to reinvest in public services. You have a reputation for dishonesty: Now in plain sight you've lied to the whole UK. You're an utter disgrace John

Politics of grievance has helped us get where we are. The government needs a bogey man, they need to "other" people and institutions in order to stay on top. If I was an EU diplomat I'd say, "Sit wherever you like Bab, shall we get on with the task at hand." Ignore the nonsense
