    There have been countless stories updating diversity pledges within corporate America. What about within our own industry? We can't demand accountability & not demonstrate it within. Nor should we release diversity metrics that don't tell the full story. Data 101, right?

    Under the new rules, nursing homes didn't have to report antipsychotic prescriptions if the resident had schizophrenia or two other uncommon conditions. Since 2012, our reporting showed, diagnoses of schizophrenia in nursing homes soared by 70 percent.
