    Working on the habits/routines/rituals part of sensemaking and, oh-boy, what a cognitive-psychology, behavioural-sociology rabbit hole, lined with rich research going back to the 1800s.

    Ultimately we want to help organisations make the case to support emotional wellbeing by demonstrating a clear return on investment. This is a multi-year research effort, still a lot to learn, and welcome feedback and contributions.

    It builds on a survey of 261 members of our community, most of whom spend an hour crafting long form responses, a additional COVID-19 survey, 26 follow-up interviews, and 14 interviews with practitioners in the emotional resilience space.

    1/ The agency apocalypse was knocking on the door pre-COVID, and now I don’t see how any mid-tier and more prominent agencies continue to exist. I see the whole agency model shifting towards the Hollywood production model with scale-up/scale-down productions.
