@JamilSmith There's no doubt it suppresses the vote, and there's no doubt intentionally so. So it's also a conspiracy, actually, yea. -
@JamilSmith It isn't explicitly anti-Bernie by design, but does set up needless hurdles which lowers turnout. Seems like suppression to me. -
@JamilSmith While lower on voter suppression spectrum than some jurisdictions, it's still a deliberate attempt to suppress will of people.
