So A little bit honesty needed. How is this possible if you have a business plan and people advising you on market strategy. Or is it simply due to the fact that your food is overpriced and you basically lost your identity as a chef. Sometimes less is more.

Rising rental costs, austerity, European workers who don’t wanna work in Brexit Britain making up a large portion of his staff, and rising food costs probably have a large part to play...dunno why everyone is so quick to bash JO, always fights the good fight.

Gordon Ramsay is not even on the same plane as Jamie Oliver. Mr. Oliver is a kind, decent, chef, human who cares about his business he started.

I'd rather independent restaurants. My home town has plenty of independent trade in there shops/restaurants. The shops aren't empty and it's not full of takeaways. It was a chain of over priced food. It won't be missed. Hopefully other independent restaurants take over the shops.
