If you want to get to the meat of the situation, Washington, you'll need to ask how did CA get this information. Did FB know about this problem before? And if they've resolved it since and how? THEN you can talk about legislation and how to best keep your citizens safe.
Of course, this is the same lot that thinks it's okay to spy on American cits through their computers and phones, so the irony here is palpable. At least in FB's defense, they warn you that your information is being collected. Not so with the American gov and other tech companies
