As a millennial, I pledge not to act towards Gen-Z the same way Boomers and Gen-X'ers did to us, no matter how much they may hate our parted hair, our tight jeans, and our no-show socks. We can take the heat, but I'll be damned if I'll participate in generational divide.

I love Gen-Z. They are absolutely bonkers, fight for what they believe in and are unapologetic and I look up to them for that. They can hate our style, we are older than them, styles change for older generations. It doesn’t bother me at all.
I mean, I parted my hair and dyed it bleach blonde and wore baggy pants and Etnies in middle school. Already went through that phase. But each gen is more educated than the last, and I'm glad to see them fight the way they have for equality and justice. Hope they keep it up.
