This, right here. I want these scumbags to go to jail for the longest amount of time possible for their murder, but it could easily be mucked up by charging 1st degree instead of 2nd and/or 3rd.
I think there’s just little understanding of the justice system, but for the most part we should be happy that his charges were increased from 3rd to 2nd as we have the chance of sending this horrible person to jail for killing another man.
