I’m not trying to shame it. It’s definitely a spectacle of scope, scale, and writing. I get why people like the show. I just... there’s so much melodrama and just... stuff to get through.

Guys, I got yelled at for not furthering my viewership of Game of Thrones and was shamed into watching it more, but... my god. It’s exhausting. Like, difficult to get through. Am I allowed to stop if it just isn’t my thing, or does it somehow magically get easier?

Just know that I’m trying. I’m almost done with season 2. I have a little bit of a headache, and honestly, I kind of really love the locations and such. But I’m wondering if this is like reading a book you just can’t get into, and if I should just put it down for a moment.
