Pretty certain my PS4 account was hacked and ID was changed. I’m baffled that @PlayStation support is closed over the weekends, as this is probably when most people would have time to get on their account and notice changes such as this.
So now, someone could have my information for an entire weekend without my ability to do literally anything about it. Bad form, @PlayStation. You have more money than god. You can afford to have 7 day support staff.
