    But, because you asked, here's the only answer to the debate: If you think it is possible for the Commission on Presidential Debates, by doing what they do, to dash your chances for election or re-election then you do not deserve to be president.

    I cannot think of a more worthless topic to debate at this moment in time than the precise usefulness of the Commission on Presidential Debates. But I'm open to suggestions.

    This week we've had Trump's first phone interview post hospitalization, tonight his first on camera interview, next we need his first in-person interview where he ceremonially coughs on the interviewer to show he's ok. I'm sure they'll be plenty of hosts to line up for the honor.

    What are you implying? has people ranging from freaking Bill Ayers to Mollie to Tucker to Stelter on his show. He has perhaps the most varied set of guests on his show, and always asks tough Qs. Maybe you should listen to some episodes before you snark at him?

    It wasn’t the flag Matt. It was the blaring Lee Greenwood at 3am while screaming “THE BEST IS YET TO COME” over and over againthat I think was the issue.

    We put up a Trump flag for the 1st debate. Now we have had the cops called on us and today city hall to ask us to remove the flag. There are dozens of huge Biden signs around us but only we get complaints. If they win they will use power to cancel and silence everything about us

    I would put the odds of Trump firing Barr in a humiliating fashion before the election at greater than zero

    NEW: Friction is growing in the Trump-Barr relationship over the Durham probe. Trump feels he’s given Barr wide latitude on Russia & wants more charges. While Barr understands Trump’s frustration, he won’t tolerate interference in specific investigations.
