No serious news outlet should let Johnson say he was forced out, without setting out as does here, just how untrue that was. Johnson jumped before even responding to the committee before they agreed their final report.

This stuff is really simple: If you believe it's ok for kids to know that straight couples/relationships exist but you don't think it's ok for them to know LGBTQ+ people/relationships exist - you are an ignorant bigot

I remember reading "This Queer Angel" by Elaine Chambers a few years ago and being horrified by what happened to queer folk - and the fact they still haven't really received any apology for what happened.

I never bought him a pride onesie when he was a baby.
I never read him a book that had two moms as part of the storyline.
When he was little stores and businesses didn’t have LGBTQ+ displays and we didn’t celebrate pride month.
