        @agiletortoise @prendio2 @tapbot_paul @Padraig Or, the point of advertising is to make money for advertising companies :)

        @jamesthomson it is also simply illegal in certain countries to advertise with somebody else’s trademark!

        @sarnau Which countries?

        @jamesthomson I think Germany is tricky. A good start might be to look at lawsuits with competitors names in Google Adwords. DE has some.

        @sarnau Might explain why ads are US only for now.

        @prendio2 OK. It doesn’t accept debit cards, and the docs say you have to have account set to USD$. Not clear if that is card or Ads a/c

      @jamesthomson @tapbot_paul they're trying to force competition, raise bidding and in the end, there is only one winner.

        @jamesthomson @tapbot_paul 😁 I know but I’m saying it: PCalc is far superior IMHO than Calcbot, while Tweetbot in unbeatable. ❤️ you both! 😊

        @jamesthomson @tapbot_paul @gaborbukovics Removing all app names might not work. There’s probably an app called ‘calculator’.

        @jamesthomson @tapbot_paul @gaborbukovics So it’s up to us to not abuse it. Luckily the app store is free of scams and fraudsters… /o\
