The replies to this tweet are a great example of why we don’t make judicial decisions on Twitter. For those who want to let facts guide your decision-making, here’s a good place to start:https://www.innocenceproject.org/10-facts-you-need-to-know-about-rodney-reed-who-is-scheduled-for-execution-on-november-20/ …

The Rodney Reed case is no longer about criminal procedure, his appeals are exhausted. It’s about whether
@GovAbbott should grant *clemency* Rodney Reed’s team spent TWENTY YEARS in the courts trying to get his conviction thrown out. DNA was found all over Stacey Stiles...Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Yes anyone can make allegations against anyone. The responsibility to investigate meticulously lies with prosecution. The judicial system then needs to patiently and carefully consider all the evidence to make a decision. (1/2)....

Absence of both systems will have innocent folks being punished and put to death. Eg: I could claim everyone here on Twitter accusing Mr.Reed are serial killers. The absence of good prosecution and judiciary will result in a lot of em being hanged.
