I am deeply concerned by the violent scenes in Jerusalem. The forced evictions in East Jerusalem must stop. Israel must respect international law and end the attempts by Israeli settlers to take control of Palestinian homes.

So why hasn’t Rishi Sunak clearly backed the Biden proposals? Co-operative MP has asked multiple times in Parliament, and we still don’t have a straight answer.

Five years ago, we faced a Government not offering a penny for social housing. Yet in 's first term, we started building more council homes for Londoners than any year since 1983. That's the determination London needs. Proud to be voting for him tomorrow 🌹

Today we learn Amazon had sales income of €44bn in Europe in 2020 but paid no corporation tax. Our country should be loudly backing Biden's plans to end this. It is appalling that Conservative Ministers keep refusing to do so.

It's the third week in a row I've asked Treasury Ministers to back Biden's plans for a global minimum corporate tax rate - and the third week in a row they've refused. Why won’t they just say 'yes'?

It’s International Workers' Memorial Day. Today we remember all who have lost their life due to unsafe work. We will never give up on the fight for safer workplaces. Remember the dead, fight like hell for the living.

As says, the Chancellor must end his silence on Biden's tax plan and show some leadership to stop the UK's complicity in tax avoidance. Agree? Co-sign our letter with calling on to 👉

It tells you everything about the Conservatives' priorities that they just voted to give Amazon and other tech giants a massive tax break - whilst taking money from people's pockets.

We are going to fight this. Labour’s priorities are supporting families, securing jobs and backing struggling businesses - not tax cuts for tech giants.

"A tax break for tech giants who already don’t pay enough is not the answer – yet the Conservatives are pushing ahead with it whilst making families pay more." explains Labour's ‘Amazon amendment’ to the finance bill:
