I got the Battle of Gnomeregan Vinyl last, there was a trick to it so let me know if that’s the one you’re stuck on. Overload Orange was my last paint colour, got it off the mushroom rare on this past weeks quest spawn.

When the Discs of Norgannon quest is up, complete the quest. Once the quest is complete go to Junkwatt Depot and start killing everything, you’re trying to get “Large Storage Fragment” to drop, it’s another quest item that drops after completing the world quest. 1/3

Take the LSF quest to R33-DR and spawn the rare. Kill the rare, it has a chance to drop the Vinyl but DO NOT TURN IN THE QUEST. Abandon it, the LSF stays in your inventory. As long as you don’t turn the quest in you can now kill the rare daily to try and get the drop. 2/3
