It's completely asinine to me that there are almost no apartments on the west side of LA for under $2400/mo with a washer/dryer (because I'm disabled and can't carry my laundry) and is ~800sqft so I can have my office

, much less $2500!! Any areas in the valley perhaps or South Bay have homes you could secure an FHA primary residence mortgage on and start owning?

lol yeah I know it's not a shill I have a house back in MA, the bigger issue for me is unless I'm married, I'm going to be spending a ton of $$ on maintenance and repairs and upkeep because I can't take care of it myself as I'm disabled, where as right now (½)
Where as right now, I can just call maintenance. I know it's a waste of money.. but ugh :( with no family out here, i'm pretty stuck.... plus I keep moving yearly for work lol
