    1/ Interesting to see West. journalists and Pres Zelensky not understanding each other. Tension btw the Western mind that seeks a "single truth", e.g. mass invasion in X days (and if not, loss of interest, confusion). And Ukrainian experience of permanent war and threat of war.

    I get why people are saying the UK looks ridiculous obsessing over parties in the middle of issues like Ukraine. BUT actually I like the look of a country whose leaders get into trouble if they don't observe the laws they impose on others. And the lockdown laws were not minor

    This is where Irish is predominantly spoken in Ireland. But it would obviously be absurd to assume the rest, which is predominantly English-speaking, wants to be part of England. Bear this in mind when being shown maps of predominantly Russian-speaking parts of Ukraine.

    Slack is Deputy Editor of the Sun. How curious that isn’t wasn’t them who broke the story of the party 🧐

    BREAKING: The Prime Minister’s former director of communications James Slack - whose leaving do in No 10 was on April 17th 2021 - “apologises unreservedly for the anger and hurt caused” and says it “should not have happened at the time that it did”. So the party is confirmed.
