Fitzgerald says Parliament could never pass an act that would predict every possibility. "Its clear Parliament left the court the powers to rule on abuse of process."

Says it is not, as the prosecution have suggested, "not impossible for a court to interpret the terms of a treaty." Says courts do this all the time. #Assange
