I'm no mathematician... but if you didn't have enough votes to keep Kavanaugh off the Supreme Court, you REALLY don't have enough votes to impeach him.

Not only that but the filibuster rule is not in play for impeachments. You have to have 60% of the House to impeach. Even if that were to happen, they need 60 votes in the Senate to convict. None of which will happen. All this impeachment nonsense is just talking points

All of these rules, not to mention the fact that people generally refrain from killing and eating each other, rest on a level of comity, civility, and law abiding character that has been going down the toilet.
