Notice that everyone who is defending the Pope hates Catholics and would prefer that they all died in a fire.

Seems to me the non-Catholics are ranting about the ‘Pedo Pope’ and how the authorities should investigate the whole Church. Liberal and conservative crazies, all juiced up on the idea of fighting the Catholic pedos. They don’t know or care much about traditionalist Catholics.

Read your New York Times for the official view on the papal scandal. People who normally would be cooking marshmallows if a Catholic caught on fire are rushing to his defense.

Guilt-free casual sex, homosexual relations without stigma, perversion turned into virtue, easy contraception, on-demand pornography, big houses, big cars, flashing casino lights, drugs, booze, and all that. We need a spiritual revolution that will begin in the Church . . .

There is nothing wrong with big houses and big cars. There is something very wrong with four naked priests in a bed. When you say "big houses" it is like Pope Francis saying "Global Warming" - a spurious claim to be holier than thou. It is phariseeism.

Even back when priests could marry! The celibacy vow was intented to prevent corruption. But the image of the perverted priest has been attached to the Church for centuries. What I am saying is that we have to look at the big picture to solve the problem.

The image of the perverted priest has been attached to the church since it introduced mandatory celibacy. Protestant scandals tend to be clerics sleeping with loose women, not perversion.
