I don't think our knowledge of biology and nutrition is sufficient to make protein powder safe. Eat meat.

My 3 egg (+bread) breakfast was 16, chicken thigh+dstick (+salad) lunch was 26, dinner was 300g pork shoulder (after roasting) (+potatoes) 51g protein, that is 93 and if I calculate with lean body mass only 80kg,that is 144g requirement.And to eat more meat I had to be strict/1

Slightly disagree: 80 kilogram ideal body mass should eat 120-128gm protein, not 144 protein. Unless you are still growing, or have recently started massive testosterone supplementation, no benefit above 128, and possibility of minor adverse effects.
