I learned a ton from this little book so not surprised. Question: do you recommend matcha + tea, or just matcha as much as possible.

— We recommend min amounts of caffeine in general (50-100mg). The inclusion of the catechins, antioxidants (130x that of regular green tea), and l-theanine that all come with matcha’s caffeine as an alternative to coffee. Matcha’s caffeine will metabolize slower as well. - Još 1 odgovor
