    Look mom! It's me! I'm credited on one of the flagship features! Many more animation features are still baking, hoping to get quite a few of them to land before 0.8 comes.

    Bevy 0.7 is out now! It features skeletal animation, gltf animation import, unlimited* point lights, compressed textures, bevy-native compute shaders, render to texture, flexible mesh vertex layouts in shaders, ECS ergonomics, audio control, and more!

    IANAL, and please correct m if I am wrong but didn't ThePirateBay still have legal action taken against it despite hosting in a country that does not recognize DMCA because the operators still lived in countries that did? If so, this might just end up digging the grave deeper.

    Moriya Shrine re-uploading the download links after switching to a new server is wrong. ZUN's wishes should be respected, and they should comply with the DMCA. This isn't about preserving lost media, it's about promoting piracy and making it accessible. It's wrong.

    I make it a point to block or mute every account that identifies as a vtuber on this site. Might make an exception here.

    Please stop spreading misinformation. The site checks the user agent and forwards non-Discord requests to a phishing site. You still need to enter your credentials on said site. Just clicking on it does not steal your token outright.

    Security Alert dedicated to PXN today 👻 A new Discord DM Scam going around with a fake "image" that looks like it`s loading, but if you click it executes a script to steal your Discord TokenID which enables the hacker to steal your account (2FA does not protect against this)

    There is basically no well adopted FOSS tooling around that is actually workable for real game development. Stuck between two ideological extremes here. Absolutely ridiculous.

    No wonder open source game development has been considered impossible to work with. On one side you've had closed source fiefdoms and contract based development (Unity, Unreal, Source, etc). On the other hand you have the GPL-diehards choking on Stallman's chode (ffmpeg).

    Never really understood why people write/read programming books. Theory topics, sure. But language, framework, or API specific books are quickly outdated, may no longer be idiomatic, or just straight up wrong. Always found it easier to use API docs and hack together something.
