Seniors should not be rendered ineligible for their medical needs simply because of cost of living adjustments to their social security benefits or pensions. This legislation will help seniors in this essential program retain their benefits & access affordable prescription drugs.

Proud that my bill with to protect seniors' EPIC benefits was signed into law. The EPIC program helps ~325k seniors pay for prescription drugs. This bill will ensure they don't lose coverage because of an increase in retirement benefits to align w/ cost of living.
