Inline with a discussion I had with a fellow co-founder the other day whose company has grown rapidly. My question was: There's something to be said for being fast and agile, so how do you plan on avoiding becoming one of those slow-moving, bureaucratic giants?

One of the points we discussed was having clear decision making frameworks. Giving responsibility to the appropriate people to make the calls they need to, WITHOUT having to go through a time-wasting process.
