NEWS UPDATE: Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana hits back at Simularity for its report about human waste and sewage being dumped by Chinese ships in Spratlys.
Lorenzana says they question Simularity's conclusion because it was only based in satellite photos.

There was no intent to mislead. We never claimed the photo was of the Spratlys, in fact we credited it as an unknown ship and provided a link to the source. The process we used to identify Chlorophyll from satellite imagery is well documented: step.esa.int/docs/extra/Evo
