JUST IN. President Duterte approves the appointment order of Parlade's successor, Maj Gen Bob Bacarro and 7 other senior officers of the AFP, according to DND Secretary Lorenzana.
Bacarro will replace Parlade as the commander of SOLCOM as soon as possible.
