FRESH PHD PUB ALERT! Dragon lizards live all over Aus, in many different environments. Look up in the trees, you’ll see pointy noses. Check the ground, you’ll see tall heads & short noses. Watch the rocks, you’ll see flat heads. Look at Moloch. Just look.

Anyone out there have (or know of) a good protocol for segmenting muscle fibers from contrast-stained CT? One with open source software that measures fiber lengths and angles? I am familiar with many of the methods out there, but step-by-step protocol would be very helpful!
