        That paradigm is changing - specially by women in midlife changing the conversation. I always think of Julia Child publishing her first book at 50.

        In this context, “successful” companies were in the top 0.1% based on growth in their first 5 yrs. Similar age finding using firms with the fastest sales growth & for those that exit thru an IPO or acquisition. Study was performed in 2019 by @KelloggSchool.
