        @jaffathecake a framework gives you a set of rules to follow. A library allows you to set your own rules. Both have benefits & disadvantages

        @neneodonkor I prefer libraries. Easier to reason about small units than one big one. Easier to deal with a library issue than a framework 1

        I like libraries, but I've seen low-level primitives be a problem in the hands of a less experienced team (i.e. It Depends™, shockingly)
