Lost my Gold Status with @SingaporeAir after booking 2 flights to hit that milestone, due to a payment mistake. Speaking to customer service and getting robot replies. Was sadly trying to keep it despite relocating out of SG. Sucks :(
It's my mistake. I booked a 100% miles flight but used KF miles to pay part of it. I didn't know it would be prorated so I ended up missing by a few K. I offered to pay with cash instead, but the flight was already flown. They said they can't help me. That's all.
