    the best piece of advice i could ever give about picking colors for digital art: use an RGB color picker. it forces you to think about colors as light, the visual brightness of each hue, and what paths your color can take to the potential colors around it

    This tool leverages iOS Picture in Picture functionality to turn your images in 1 frame videos (using the amazing javascript version of FFmpeg) that you can pop out and keep around while you draw. You can even resize the image and dock it!

    It's something I wanted since I picked up an Apple Pencil for the first time and lately () made me wish for it even more. Luckily… one night I realized I could just kind of hack it into reality.

    (Especially when paired with an iPad. Opening Blender in Sidecar… just works? Including the Apple Pencil pressure? Pretty incredible. But let's be clear: this is not me praising Apple, this is me praising the amazing folks behind Blender)
