He's just upset and rightly so. Wow. Old tweet. Story: A girl falls down the stairs. The dad of said girl and a passerby run to her side. The passerby says, she's broken her leg. The dad responds, "Condescending! Look me up! I'm a doctor!" How I read the AI exchange though.
