Creator features like live streams, custom URLs, scheduled uploads (and many others!) are not going away with the YouTube Partner Program update. WHY CANT I UPLOAD A CUSTOM THUMBNAIL EVEN THOUGH IM PART OF YPP IT JUST SAYS LOADING THEN DOES NOTHING (this is for lots of ppl as well test it yourself if you want)
