    I've talked to friends working on mobile apps who have said all visual differences need to be approved by product, which implies a pretty user-friendly, robust infrastructure for this. Meaning I should probably ask them what they use 😬🤦 But for now, any suggestions?? 😀

    And it still doesn't solve the annoyance of "show my teammates these visual UI changes, so they can evaluate in the same place (or near the same place) that they're viewing the code, and then we can quickly do 'jest -u' to say we're good w/ the changes"

    We can run builds & tests on PRs (using Bamboo or Jenkins in our case), and for one specific project, setup PR-specific builds, & test summaries w/ jest-stare But it'd be a pain to setup that type of S3 bucket & build integration for lots of separate repos

    We're at the point where we're able to use Jest + Puppeteer (and now Playwright 😀) to generate screen snapshots consistently across our projects, but I think as everyone in UI would acknowledge, changes are very often not wrong, just something we want to see and say "yup, LGTM"

    We're on Bitbucket, which I assume will dramatically limit our integration options. But I'd be equally interested in seeing anything on GitHub, especially on open-source projects to see how they're working. Just to get a feel for what's used/standard.

    Facial recognition technology is racing ahead of privacy laws, creating the potential for abuse by the government, law enforcement, corporations, and bad actors. This is an area crying out for Congressional oversight and action.
