Democrats couldn’t stop Amy Coney Barrett from being confirmed but at least they bungled her nomination so badly that her approval ratings soared and her path to the court became way easier

Actually her approval rating is meaningless. Her confirmation was a fact. D’s know fact. ACB exposed her limited qualifications and her past shows the depths of distrust that was brought into light instead of staying hidden in her private world. ACB can be removed. We shall see

As we know, gross incompetence and reprehensible moral character is all it takes to prevent a scouts nominee from being confirmed to the bench, and if one should slip through the cracks, they are promptly removed. And yes, I did hatch from a tiny egg yesterday

Are we sure this wasn’t part of their plan? The Democratic Party loves corporate overlords who can donate huge sums of money to them to get steamrolled by Republicans just like this. It’s an added bonus they can fundraiser off the loss of roe vs wade.

What would have been an effective line of attack on Barrett? It is off limits in this country to criticize anything pertaining to religion, so now all conservative judicial philosophy now comes wrapped in criticism proof religious plastic wrap.
