    Full rather than half tax on stock option won't raise much money because the employer will get a deduction that is not currently available. It would establish neutrality with other forms of compensation so makes sense from an tax policy perspective.

    Competition from Airbnb might have helped reduce hotel prices in 2018 and 2019. A further drop in hotel prices might be expected recently because of lower demand due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions. But the 25%+ fall since 2019 is astounding.
