I went to the African American wax museum in Baltimore and....I was so traumatized that I was just thinking about how horrible it was yesterday. They have a basement of lynching...

The middle passage exhibit is almost like a rite of passage for young people here who visit the museum. Almost everyone remembers their first time seeing that.

Which is why I can't and won't watch any type of slavery movies. I'm too empathetic for all that trauma and abuse.
