We need a more distinctive name on the wings than "commercial space transportation". That's like saying "tour bus driver" and these amazingly skilled and courageous pilots are much better than that.
Question... will passengers receive those?
FAA says official guidelines on wings are under consideration, so we don't have a firm answer to this yet unfortunately.

Hey Mark, it's the FAA that awards commercial astronaut wings. They did so in 2004 after SpaceShipOne reached 60+ miles, but apparently following lead here of NASA/Air Force with X-15 astronaut awards
