      I'm genuinely surprised how rapidly an ideology of encouraging racial resentment and conflict at all times, everywhere has gone from fringe corners of academia all the way up to high-ranking elected officials. This is an actual threat to democracy that is never identified as so.

      i believe the purpose is to provide a rationale for increasingly obsolete workplace compliance professionals and their work, grist for certain kinds of activism and legal advocacy
