Are there any prominent Trump supporters arguing that the rapid development of covid vaccines was one of his major achievements (which seems to have been what he himself wanted people to think)?

This is the inverse problem of all Biden's supporters believing him to have violently raped a woman in public. Neither of these parties really follow a Fuhrerprinzip, their partisans are more loyal to causes than champions.
Also, @ScottAdamsSays would probably agree that the vaccine is at the very least a major achievement by Trump.
