Note that I'm not talking about asian americans or whatever, but rather wh*tes who fof whatever reason go "American culture sucks! I am going to move to Seoul where i can finally live free or die!".

I have not heard of this phenomenon but it doesn't match EFL teachers I've met who have been through/wanted to go there.
