Immortal, sure. Individual, maaaaaybe. I (who?) suspect we (who?) would need a different sort of language to describe a situation without individuals.

I'm also not sure that modern trans ideology actually leans much on the idea of "being in the wrong body." This was a major point of contention in the tumblr years and has been resolved in favor of a more libertarian rationale.
